What looked like legitimate real estate investing was actually a years-long Ponzi-style scheme that ended in federal prison. We get into how the fraud worked, the red flags investors missed, how the money moved, and what brokers, agents, and consumers should be watching for before wiring funds.

Follow on IG
https://www.instagram.com/truecrimesrealestate
https://www.instagram.com/tpalmquist
https://www.instagram.com/complianceneversleeps

Subscribe now

<div class="embedded-publication-wrap" data-attrs="{"id":8607554,"name":"True Crimes of Real Estate","logo_url":"https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/$s_!LdX9!,f_auto,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2F1e3936be-33b4-4802-b10c-36dde1467f47_1280x1280.png","base_url":"https://truecrimesofrealestate.substack.com","hero_text":"Real stories.
